Hotel was fantastic. On the doorstep for all eateries and cultural activities. Service was spot on with generous personal touches such as welcome drink and toiletries. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. We will be visiting again.

Service was superb but we could clearly hear the conversations and movements of the guests in the room next door. We were given ear plugs when we mentioned it after the first night. It did spoil our stay.

The private transfer options included chauffeur driven Rolls Royce Ghost at very reasonable prices, so we booked this with the hotel for both arrival and departure. The suite with view over the main square was well worth the upgrade. Cleanliness and comfort were excellent. The hotel location could not really be bettered. Staff were all so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants nearby were amazing, we ate at a lovely quaint Perogie cafe as recommended by our driver and also some amazing Michelin restaurants. Value for money was extraordinary, you can really go extravagant for surprisingly modest prices. A superb way to celebrate my 50th.

An absolutely fantastic hotel right in the centre with soundproof room the staff couldn't do enough and we were right in the heart of this beautiful city..our room was at the front looking direct into the square we had proceco waiting on arrival we also had a jacuzzi bath in our fantastic room I really couldn't fault this hotel in anyway it's just perfect A*****

The hotel was in the perfect location for exploring Krakow and using public transport to get us to places. Lots of dining options as soon as you stepped out of the door. The hotel itself was clean and room service was provided every day. A bottle of bubbles was in our room when we arrived along with complimentary soft drinks. A bottle of wine was left the day before our departure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would return tomorrow. Would strongly recommend to anyone thinking of visiting Krakow.

This hotel is good in that it is right in the square. Very handy to everything and really easy to get to. Prosecco on arrival and a red bottle of wine on the last night was a lovely touch. The downside was the heat in the room was hard to handle. If you used the air conditioning you were freezing. There seemed to be no inbetween. The tv was only in polish so if you like a little down time bring a book or kindle fire stick. Our Auschwitz-Birkenau trip was cancelled the night before we were to go and the receptionist really couldn’t be bothered to help us try and sort another trip. She just kept telling us that it wasn’t possible. I went online and looked and got a trip sorted thankfully. All in all we enjoyed our trip.

Took husband for surprise birthday and this place did not disappoint. Wonderful friendly staff, room was amazing. The bed was so comfy and the view incredible. We had the spa bath in our room and after a full day of tours this was just what we needed to relax. Highly recommended!

Had a great week at this hotel, staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was ok Room was excellent, free soft drinks in mini bar, refreshed every day. Had a welcome bottle of wine and another when we checked out, as a thank you for staying. Organised our airport transport and we could have done excursions with them too but had already booked. Altogether an excellent hotel and base for a long weekend or week exploring Krakow

Wonderful is hotel, I highly recommend. Conveniently located in the town square, was fun and exciting. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The dinning-bars connected to the hotel were also outstanding. Great time !
