What happened is that the air conditioner was extremely hot, that is the only negative part of the review. Aside from that everything was excellent but you need to have COLD AIR CONDITIONERS. Thanks

Perfect Krakow location
We stayed here as tourists, visiting Krakow and Auschwitz. Look no further than this wonderful hotel which is perfectly located to access central Krakow on foot. We chose breakfast to be included, which was great for a few days.

Definitely a top choice for the old city
This was a classy hotel on the edge of the old city and was perfect. They provided a 15% discount on dinner at two very nice restaurants that we ate at that were excellent. They shuttled our car back and forth from a parking spot and provided outstanding suggestions on things to do. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We'd highly recommend

We loved the hotel and the staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast very good. The only problem was the initial lack of a bathtub mat. The bathtub surface was very slick and the first day I slipped getting out and hit my head very hard. Fortunately I only got a large bump and no concussion, but it was still a dangerous situation. We requested a mat and got one within a few hours, so there were no further problems. Still, future guests should make sure they have a mat before they attempt to shower .

This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in Europe. We have traveled here extensively and we found the service impeccable. Everyone from the front desk to the service staff were amazing. Should we be back in Krakow, we will definitely stay here

Great stay in Old Town Krakow
Hotel H15 Francuski is a beautiful olde world classic hotel, beautifully decorated and well situated with access to all parts of Krakow Old Town. The good service was very good, the mediocre service was, well, mediocre, and unfortunately it was a mix of both. To ensure credit is delivered where credit is due, Kristoff and the young lady who checked us in were wonderful, Kristoff in particular was so very helpful. Likewise the two young men who checked us out, especially the chap who helped retrieve our car from parking, were terrific. Housekeeping was below average, and responses to requests for items missed by housekeeping were slow. In the interests of ecology I hung my towels on the towel rails for daily reuse however they were removed each day and not even replaced by housekeeping. Coffee replenishment was adhoc.
