Alexander is super well located adjacent to Krakow Old Town on a very quiet side street. Staff was really helpful also. It was expensive because of high season and my room had very small beds with thin mattresses but it balanced out with the generous in house breakfast and walkability to spectacular architecture.

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel jest bardzo blisko sklepów i centrum, kilka minut spaceru żeby dojść do starego rynku. Pokój był dość mały jak na 3 osoby. Musiałam poprzestawiać trochę lozka żeby było jak sie poruszać. Ale jako że w ciągu dnia byliśmy i tak poza hotelem to nie był to większy problem. Kawa i herbata , razem z czajnikiem były w pokoju. Jeśli planujesz być w Krakowie na zwiedzanie to ten hotel jest w idealnym miejscu i jak najbardziej polecam .

The cleaning could have been better
I missed a trash can in the room (there was only a small one in the bathroom). It was especially noticeable on Friday (May 24) when the room was not cleaned. Then the smaller towel and bathroom rug disappeared after a couple of days (which I told the reception about and then several towels were put in the room but no bathroom rug).

Brilliant stay!
There was no negatives at this hotel and l would definitely recommend it to others. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice and modern. Good breakfast selection.

Well worth a visit
Very friendly staff, hotel room clean, spacious. Kettle and small fridge in room. Buffet breakfast was great choice and quality couldn't fault. Hotel great location. Wiuld definitely recommend, great vslue for money.
