Nice value near Old Town
Great location and excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is very close to the Old Town so walking to the main tourist sites is easy. The rooms are sufficient size-wise and function-wise.

Alexander is super well located adjacent to Krakow Old Town on a very quiet side street. Staff was really helpful also. It was expensive because of high season and my room had very small beds with thin mattresses but it balanced out with the generous in house breakfast and walkability to spectacular architecture.

Obsługa hotelu była bardzo miła i pomocna. Hotel jest bardzo blisko sklepów i centrum, kilka minut spaceru żeby dojść do starego rynku. Pokój był dość mały jak na 3 osoby. Musiałam poprzestawiać trochę lozka żeby było jak sie poruszać. Ale jako że w ciągu dnia byliśmy i tak poza hotelem to nie był to większy problem. Kawa i herbata , razem z czajnikiem były w pokoju. Jeśli planujesz być w Krakowie na zwiedzanie to ten hotel jest w idealnym miejscu i jak najbardziej polecam .

The cleaning could have been better
I missed a trash can in the room (there was only a small one in the bathroom). It was especially noticeable on Friday (May 24) when the room was not cleaned. Then the smaller towel and bathroom rug disappeared after a couple of days (which I told the reception about and then several towels were put in the room but no bathroom rug).
