A change from a Westernised boring hotel.
A traditonal hotel but may not appeal to everyone but we loved it. Very helpful staff. Again a traditonal breakfast but enough food selection to set you up for the day. Loved it!!

Hotel is in a good and central location in the city with close access to public transport. Areas were fairly clean and well presented and the hotel room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a bit basic but good enough. Would probably stay here again.

Unique antique appearance, like it came right out of the 1800's (not really though, they are reproductions). The breakfast buffet is very extensive and tasty.

The property was clean and generally well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good with some items present daily while others changed. The complaint we had was that the room safe didn't work. For two consecutive days we were told it would be repaired the next day as there was only one staff person available. It was never repaired or replaced.

My room was small but large enough for a single traveler with a good sized bed and great AC. The room faced the street in front of the hotel and there was road noise, mostly from passing trams. It did not interfere with the enjoyment of my stay or my sleep, but if you need a quiet room, I would sum requesting one facing the rear of the property. An old style hotel, which I like, but with good Wi-Fi. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Easy walk to/from the central train station.
