The property is exceptional for the historic decor. I love the location and service is top notch. I appreciated the complimentary water in our room ..it was a life saver coming from long trip the very first day. We were granted late check out which was helpful since we were catching later flight. Thanks so much to the cleaning and front desk staff for going above and beyond. We will be back.

It is nice to stay somewhere where the rooms have some individuality - this isn’t a ‘cookie-cutter’ hotel. Our room was great, overlooking the Old Town. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all the historic sites )just steps away from the town square). Breakfast was delicious. Everything about this hotel was excellent.

Nice hotel in a great location. Needs some attention to make it excellent. Breakfast good, room was large but aged. Probably expensive but first stay in Krakow so can’t say for sure. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
