I suffer from anxiety and panic as such I always book a hotel with room service and or a restaurant which on your site it states this hotel has which is why I booked it. When I got there only breakfast is served, no room service, no restaurant. Also I was in the attic with no air conditioning just a small fan. The area is very rundown with graffiti everywhere. This ruined my holiday totally. Money wasted

Enjoyable stay.
Outstanding and friendly hotel, perfectly situated and absolutely spotless. Staff couldn't do enough for you and the breakfast was impressive. Reception organised our trip to Auschwitz as well as an early morning taxi to the airport, with no fuss. Will definitely return.

The hotel is in a great location for restaurants,bars,tourist information centres,places of interest.Breakfast buffet is very good with plenty available and staff are very pleasant and courteous. I was very impressed with the rooms, cleanliness of bathroom and the general tidyness of the hotel. Booking in and out was effortless. This is a little gem of a place to stay, thoroughly recommend it,cannot fault it ...thank you for a great time .

A quaint old-fashioned hotel in the Jewish quarter. Well placed for restaurant and bars. Clean and comfortable. Charming helpful staff. Would go again!
