Great breakfast,there's plenty of choice for everyone. Had the set lunch at the restaurant once, and the food was gorgeous and plating was excellent. Short walk to the square and Castle Our room was spacious and clean. As for the staff, they are all courteous, professional, and friendly.

Fantastic hotel. From walking through the doors to leaving we were made to feel welcome. The hotel is filled with polite and helpful staff, great food, and we had a lovely big room. Location spot on. 15-20 mins realistic walk to centre square and 10 to castle. All round great trip.

We had a really lovelt stay here. The hotel and our room was spotlessly clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. It is about a 15 minute walk to the square. The breakfast was amazing,so many choices.We highly recommend a visit here. If we ever go back to Krakow we would stay here again.

This hotel was quite nice. Walking distance to the castle and Old Town. A few things I feel could have been improved: - Aircon: cold function not working to begin with, had to request maintenance look into it a couple of times before it started working. - Wifi would constantly drop out or in certain parts of the room wouldn’t work at all. - Water fluctuations in the shower: would go from burning hot to freezing cold all of a sudden - Fitness centre was only a couple of cardio machines (one of which was out of order) and a weights machine. - The “free” toiletries mentioned in the listing was just hand soap - Only one key card provided for the room, despite there being two guests

Great hotel!

Great hotel with lovely, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming feel. The only downside was that there seemed to be just one front-of-house staff member at a time, which meant longer queues for check-in and check-out. With a bit more support at reception, it would be absolutely perfect.

Perfectly situated for local cafes, bars and restaurants. Although the hotel was busy it was very quiet. Staff friendly and professional. Spotlessly clean hotel, rooms are a good size and furnished to a high standard. Popular, excellent Stockholm cafe just a few doors away where you can watch them make freshly baked delicious pastries and good coffee served in large mugs. Great value hotel and excellent location.

Nice hotel, very clean and comfy in a great location for exploring the city, only gripe was the early closing of the hotel bar, but there is plenty of bars close by if that’s your thing
