A great place in a central location. It's a one minute stroll to the main square with lots of food and drink options. Rooms were very stylish and a little different to the norm. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice looking restaurant, but possibly a bit overpriced for the area. Some of the fancy lighting in the room didnt work properly. All in all, a great few nights away.

This hotel is superb. The style combines modern and traditional which goes well with the surrounding Krakow old town. The spa facilities were fantastic with pool, sauna, and steam room I didn’t want to leave the hotel!

A stellar staff! Never have I received the caliber of friendly and welcoming service as I did upon my arrival with Małgorzata and departure with Klaudia at Hotel Stary. Malgorzata allowed my early arrival and Klaudia my late departure. Their colleagues at the spa were so supportive and friendly. I felt like a queen for my entire stay. Beautiful property. Great location, lovely rooms, able and obliging front desk. My one complaint is the rooftop bar: the service is sullen and incompetent (orders botched, indifferent wait staff). Going up there is like migrating from a fine hotel to a third-rate one.
