This is a lovely hotel and their front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really quite good as well with several choices. The only negative about the property is the beds as they are very hard and uncomfortable. All in all, a great hotel for the price and the location is perfect.

Very convenient location in Old Town without being on the main road. Very spacious room and bathroom with mini fridge and nice sized wardrobe. Nice patio seating areas. Traditional buffet breakfast serve in the Black Duck restaurant which connects to the hotel. Lift available to the 200 and 300 level rooms, not the 400 level rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. 22 PLN can ride to the train station, but very close to the Trams for getting further out around the city.

Great location hotel, right where you need to be but just enough out the way to be quiet. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. They even give us a pack lunch when we said we wouldn’t make breakfast one day because of a trip.

Excellent location. In a side street a short walk from the Main Square and Wawel Castle. Close to many tram stops. Quiet location. The service from staff in hotel is excellent. I was going on a trip to Auschwitz wuth a pick up time of 6am, I asked if I could have a breakfast bag to take. I ordered it the night before and it was ready for me to collect at 6am. I expected a few croissants but was surprised by the amount and variety of things included. I was a solo travel and this hotel perfect. There were a few solo travels staying when I was. The restaurant connected to the hotel serves delicious food and again is perfect for solo travellers who don't want to be out after dark on their own.

We were absolutely blown away by this property. It was way above our expectations! It’s rated 3 stars but it felt like 5 stars. Clean and cozy rooms . The best location for exploring, dining, shopping. Breakfast is amazing. I would absolutely book this hotel again if I ever visit Krakow in the future

A good hotel in the old town of Krakow. Easy walk for the main tourist area. There isn’t a kettle in the room, but there is a coffee/hot water machine in a lounge area. Breakfast was good, and the place where breakfast is held becomes a separate restaurant later in the day, and it does excellent food.

First of all, I walked into the lobby to check in and I couldn't see the receptionist. He was hiding behind the desk. I finally found him and he wasn't friendly. He didn't say, "Welcome" or "How can I help you?" Your staff needs better training on how to greet guests. Breakfast was good. Room was clean but the bed was as hard as a rock. No water in the room was provided for drinking, either.

Good hotel in a great location.

Nice hotel right in the old town. Really large room, comfy bed and pillows! Easy check in/out. Very clean. Shower was a little bit leaky under the door, and wasn’t a removable head! Also no shelf at all in the shower which made it a little awkward. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, or some cold milk in the lounge area to make a tea! Breakfast wasn’t really to our taste, croissant and cakes were a bit dry and kept running out too.

The entire experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very spacious. The location is conveniently located in old town. The hotel restaurant is incredible.

This is a great cost effective hotel if you care about location, safety, and a quiet escape at night. Hotel is dated but clean and has everything you need. Only drawback was that the beds were too firm (from someone who usually likes firm beds) imo.

The hotel and the staff were amazing and VERY friendly. I had to check-out very early to leave for the airport. My reservation included breakfast in the hotel (which was delicious) but since I had to leave at 3:30am, the front desk clerk even asked me if I would like to have breakfast prepared in advance so I could have breakfast available at 3:30am. I declined but was very surprised and pleased that they offered that as an option. The location is also perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to others.
