Small hotel with attentive, friendly, and very helpful reception staff. The breakfast was very good, with variety to suit varying tastes. Taxi service was late for airport pick up and also late for the return journey, but drivers were informative and friendly. All spoke good English.

First time visit to Krakow and the hotel could not have been in a more convenient central location right on the main square. The reception staff could not have been more kind and helpful. View from the bedroom window was spectacular over the main square

I loved my stay at Hotel Wentzl. It sits in the most charming square. The service was spectacular… I had to leave early for a tour so they made sure I had a sack breakfast to take with me with plenty of food. I thought that was really nice that they care about their guests in that way.

We had a fab 4 night stay at Hotel Wentzl. Stayed in a delux double room overlooking the Square. Large comfy room. Excellent communication with the Hotel prior and during our stay. Location is perfect. Fab selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast. Restaurant closed due to refurbishment. Highly recommend

Hotel Wentzl is right on Kraków 's main square in the Old Town where all the action is. All of the sites are within walking distance from here. Our room overlooked the main square, but had double windows, keeping the sounds out. The staff was extraordinarily helpful, arranging excursions and taxis to the airport.

I just returned home from a week-long stay at Hotel Wentzl. It was my first time visiting Poland and I couldn't be happier with my choice of accomodations. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Main Market Square. It's within easy walking to all the tourist stops. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and bars. The staff was always friendly and welcoming when coming and going. The room furnishings were a bit dated, but everything was clean and in good working order. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

One of our favourite places. Location doesn’t get better than this with stunning views over the main square. Our room had a little balcony so definitely worth paying little extra for a room with a view. The room was comfortable and had a lot of character. Staff friendly and accommodating. Our room had no blackout windows so it was very bright early in the morning but that didnt spoil out stay.

The view out onto the square made our trip. Also it smells lovely in the lobby, the free bikes to tour the city were great fun, and the restaurant patio was perfect for a large group.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wentzl! We had a 4th floor room with a little balcony that look right out to the main square…..so amazing! Our only issue(which had nothing to do with the hotel) was parking. We finally found a lot that we could safely leave our car for the 3 days. We were able to Uber back to then main square easily. We would absolutely stay again!!

You have to enter through an old door and shabby entrance. Then take the elevator to where the hotel is (3th and 4th floor) the room was great and large with a great view of a church. Confortable beds and great service and breakfast. The location is the best feature. You are right in the middle of everything

Perfect location right on Old Town Square, Wonderful helpful staff. We changed our room on the second night to one facing the town square which was nice. Very spacious bedrooms. The only thing that we found undesirable was that the single beds were very hard, probably one of the most uncomfortable beds to sleep in during our month long trip abroad. apart from that this was a fantastic hotel.
