Hotel looks gorgeous outside , but room was disappointing . Just basic amenities, poor toiletries, railway very close to the window. Ear plugs didn’t help. Price like for 4-stars, comfort zero.

Spent 2 nights at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Krakow. It’s located right in the edge of the old town and right across from the main station. I arrived about an hour early and they let me check in without any problems, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very clean, bright and spacious and also really quiet. The rooms are great and very well furnished and the breakfast is superb. I’d definitely stay here if I was staying in Krakow again without even bothering to lol at other options.
