Nice location, Nice price.

Very nice hotel, good location, helpful staff. Breakfast had very good variety, and good quality. Good wifi But when i booked, i didn't pay attention to the lack of AC. Even in early June, the room could get pretty warm.

An Excellent Hotel

From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel so welcome. We had arrived before the check-in time but this wasn't a problem, our room was ready and we went straight up. If we had any queries the reception staff were so helpful even arranging breakfast packs for when we had a very early start. The hotel is next to the Old Town so getting around on foot is easy. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and if we return to Krakow this hotel will be our first choice

Nice hotel with modern accommodation and located in a great part of the city near to the square. The rooms were big and comfy, however was a bit noisy as we were near the main road

Jak zawsze wszystko w tym hotelu jest na najwyższym poziomie. Czysto, przyjemnie, śniadanie pierwsza klasa. Młodzi pracownicy, studenci którzy pracują w restauracji są bardzo pomocni i sympatyczni, szczególne podziękowanie dla Pana Macieja. Panie z Recepcji są przesympatyczne i dlatego bardzo dziekuję że od pierwszej chwili wejścia do hotelu czuję się jak w domu, szczególne podziękowania dla Pani Ani oraz jej koleżanek z recepcji. Jedyna moja sugestia, proszę wymienić poduszki gdyż są bardzo niewygodne. Poza tym wszystko super na 100%

Pleasantly Surprised

We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Beds were comfortable, pillows were ok but nit the best. Very clean hotel, breakfast was ok. Small selection of hot food. Large of cold.
