There was a fire in my bathroom and they moved me to a different room. The new room they provided the drain backfilled filling up the bathroom floor with sewer water. Make sure that you bring your own toothpaste and soap. Did I mention the cockroach’s?

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pullman Kuching. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. From the reception counter to the front entrance, the staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We also appreciated the room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and made our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor drawback was that some noise from the ongoing renovation works could occasionally be heard. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Pullman Kuching, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality shown by the staff.
