Nice big hotel in a very nice location. Located right across the street from big train station so made things very convenient in terms of travel. Hotel rooms were a little small but has everything you need. Staff was super helpful with luggage and overall very friendly.

Suchva great hotel. The staff were brilliant and the selection of breakfast was great to cater for every taste. Water in room and a tray of snacks every day was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again.

First impression was ruined at check in. Staff shared that reservation was cancelled by Expedia and requested for me to settle it with Expedia. This was despite me showing that the reservation was not cancelled on my end. After checking, Expedia then informed that this was due to a cancellation by the hotel. This was only resolved after a solution was provided by the platform. Would appreciate that such matters be resolved between both the hotel and the platform instead of turning the customer away and attributing fault to each other. Apart from this, hotel was clean and staff were attentive/accommodated my needs for the rest of my stay.

Very poor low quality hotel - Building work too!

We arrived at 11:30 pm after a long day travelling, only to find that the bed for our son had not been made in the bedroom, despite this being on the booking. They then tried to charge us for breakfast for our son, despite that being on the booking too. Breakfast itself is very low quality, omelets are made to order but undercooked due to staff trying to get through the long queue quickly, in general, breakfast is a very low-cost affair. We paid for a duplex suite room, and between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. everyday there was building work above us due to the swimming pool refurbishment, and building work along the corridor as bedrooms were being refurbished. Percussion drills reverberating through the walls. No prior warning about this before arriving at the hotel. Pool deck is dangerously wonky and the pool itself is very overcrowded. Good luck getting one of the 6 sunbeds too. Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately, a shame as we have stayed at much better aloft hotels in the past.

We enjoyed our stay at aloft & the breakfast spread. The downside was the double king bed room was more spacious then the corner room.

Aloft Nu Sentral

Great stay, well situated for local transport and shopping. Most attractions reachable by public transport from NU Sentral station. Friendly and helpful staff, large room. Breakfast buffet very good.
