Very grand reception area makes you immediately impressed but that’s as far as it goes. Dinis room is enormous and evening meal just average. Service pretty poor standard too. Breakfast below average, stale bread, stale pastries. If you want noodles and rice with curry you’re catered for… breakfast? No thanks. Pool a bit dirty and building works happening right next to it. Bedroom basic, dirty tile grouting, old thin threadbare towels. Air conditioning in room was in need of a service, smelled stale - made my nose sore. Roof top terrace “sun deck and bar” closed indefinitely according to front desk. All in all, not a great experience.

It was such a great experience and the staff were attentive and friendly. The location is good for families and we loved the pool. The only downside was the breakfast buffet was mediocre. I would appreciation fewer options if each option was done well instead of so many things to choose from and none all that great.

Same old charm.. never fails to be delighted.

Requested for a quiet room and got it. Everything that I expected of the hotel was still there including the courteous and professional staff. Hotel should consider installing fast charging points for EV drivers. That would make a big difference if fast charging facilities are available at the hotel carpark

Conference rooms were as cold as 14C. Rooftop restaurant/bar was closed the entire 11 days of my stay. Pool bar often had no cold beer at all, and when it was stocked the choice was between two average international brands. Room was great but air conditioner made a constant dripping noise - I slept with a pillow over my head every night.

Excellent and friendly staff, a very welcoming feeling especially with a gesture of some welcome snacks and drink in the room. Excellent buffet breakfast spread, I dare say is one of the best. The only set back will be the carpark that guest required to validate every time you leave the carpark. Suggest hotel to provide a complimentary carpark pass for the guest to use during the duration of the stay. Overall thank you for the hospitality.
