Improving for a better stay
Look it's a beautiful property but needs maintenance especially the carpet area of the residences. All rooms too. The bathroom water pipe should be placed in a different location for easy access. No bar for the elderly or handicapped. Very dangerous when you take a bath. And when you use the toilet area. Towels are worn out and torn at times Can be rough to use. We pay you good money we are loyal and keep coming back so you as a hotel can improve. Please do so while you have people.

The king size is two beds pushed together and my room had no window/ the reception did tell. Me about beds but I thought they meant two doubles / overall it's good value but the check in was onerous and slow
