When we check in, they just receive one of our booking and we was informed with the room full. We waited for quite some time and get the response from the customer service. One of the room toilet very smelly, one of the bed seems like not so clean. My parent went back and feel not comfortable.

Nice hotel for short period of stay
The hotel location is quite confusing due to roadworks, so unless you are familiar to the area, it will become quite a hassle to find the place. Upon check in, the staff is okay, a lil' annoying though. Room is okay, the bed is nice, but there are not much you can watch on tv, I don't know maybe because of bad weather during my stay. They washed the hotel towel but I can still see stain of dirt and it made me thinking did I step on the towel or is it already like this? Overall, it is nice enough to stay for a night or two, and you have other activities outside of the hotel and not planning on staying in the whole day.
