Good hotel in a good location
The hotel is in a great location in KLCC around 10 mins away from the twin towers on foot and connected to the convention center. It's renovated and has good value for money. The staff was helpful and accomodating. One thing to point out is about housekeeping. It seems that housekeeping quality depends on the team. The first day it looks like they got to our room at the end of their shift and were in a rush to finish, and some things were overlooked. The next day the room was perfectly in order and sparkling. But overall, the hotel is clean, nice, good value for money, and the staff is helpful.

Good location and friendly staff. Hotel has gone through a renovation and facilities and rooms are new and nice. We had a room with city view that overlooked the Petronas Twin Towers, that was stunning. Pool suited with kids activities such as slides was great. There is also a greta playground for kids equipped with climbing walls etc that entertains kids. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to families.
