The customer service was exemplary. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was delightful - very powerful. It was just over the road from Sentral station which was convenient getting the train to and from the airport. The hotel has excellent views and we appreciated these in our executive suite on 33rd floor. The hotel also went to great measures to celebrate my daughter's birthday - a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for this. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Amazing Hotel

I could not of wished for more. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the facilities were simply amazing. The evening we stayed at the hotel we used the spa facilities and the outdoor swimming pool. In the morning we had a full breakfast and left the hotel having had a wonderful nights sleep.

I’ll stay here over and over

This was a great stay. The rooms are outdated but for the money I paid, I received more than I paid. Onsen, convenience store stocked with goodies, shuttle to airport and the mall and train station.

Bad experience at the stay. I ordered a vegan burger for dinner - the patty was frozen, straight out of the freezer, hard as a rock. Forget about it being fresh. The plumbing in the room stopped working in the morning. No running water; no flush. Overall, a bad experience
