Staff a bit inexperienced. New hotel interior design is innovative. Don't leave vacuum cleaners laying in hallways. Don't hang out by my room with the door unlocked and open even though you are done cleanjng.That was shoddy. And the breakfast restaurant appeared overwhelmed Sat. morning. Not a very good experience. Some hotels take their breakfast very serious and attend to their guests very well. Not yours on this Saturday. Memorably bad service. Out of many food items at 9:45. You can train staff and improve. More smiling please.

New, modern, young and vibrant property. I like the free of charge valet parking for in house guest. The 19th floor breakfast restaurant with amazing views and interior designs. The service was good but short of staff especially at the concierge or parking area where I have pull & push the hotel trolley that full of my luggage myself to "Grab" car. My luggage was parked there unattended. The room set up is nice and modern. Just one thing I would like to highlight is the lighting in the toilet and shower room are insufficient and too dark. It made me feels uncomfortable. Overall room design is fantastic. I also love the bathrobes and tempting to buy one from the hotel.

Purchased a family room for two adults and two kids however in the room was only one double bed, how can four people sleep on one double beds. Spoke to hotel and they said it is Hotel.com problem however my question is who provided them with maximum occupancy ? So overall ruined our sleep as one person had to sleep on tiny sofa

세련되고 쾌적한 호텔

새로생겨서 깔끔하고 인테리어도 훌륭합니다. 특히 인피니티 풀이 뷰도 좋고 멋집니다. 체크인때 여러가지로 세심하게 배려해준 스탭 Matthew씨 덕분에 더 편하고 쾌적하게 머물수있었습니다. 수리아몰이랑 걸어서 딱 10분거리라 수리아몰에서 맛있는 음식을 먹고 운동삼아 걸어오기 좋았습니다. 그런데 샤워실 문을 잘 닫고 샤워를 해도 물이 많이 새어나와서 그부분의 개선이 있으면 더 좋을거같아요. 수영장의 스탭분도 센스있고 친절하고 메이드 분들도 요구사항을 잘 반영해주는 등 전반적으로 스탭분들이 매우 우수한 서비스 정신을 가지고 있다고 보여집니다.

Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room. 8.5 out of 10!

Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans les hôtels de la chaîne Hyatt , et je peux vous assurer que celui-ci a de loin, dépassé nos attentes. Il est clairement dommage que des personnes qui ne s’y connaissent pas puissent laisser un mauvais commentaire injustifié .Je tenais vraiment à éclaircir ce point, car nous avons nous aussi réservé une chambre avec 4 personnes et avons eu un seul grand lit. il suffit tout simplement de demander à l’accueil les lit d’appoint qu’il vous procure avec grand plaisir et cela se passe ainsiquelque soit l’hôtel. Si ils disent sur Hotels.com qu’il y a une capacité de 4 et que la chambre même sur la photo ne dispose que d’un lit c’est qu’elle a une capacité de 4 et qu’il faut simplement demander un lit d’appoint. . Pour ce qui est de l’hôtel, nous avons pris la suite qui est tout simplement immense et magnifique. L’hôtel est tout neuf, avec un aménagement de haut standing et des matériaux de qualité. Nous avions une vue sur les Petronas et ce même depuis notre bain, car la douche a une immense baie vitrée. La literie est très confortable, la décoration est très épurée et contemporaine. Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner au Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur , et celui-ci, bien qu’ayant une piscine plus petite, car sur le toit, et beaucoup plus joli et contemporain. Le petit déjeuner y était très varié et excellent et le personnel est aux petits soins et toujours souriant. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter
