I paid for an upgrade for a room on the 15th floor with a bath tub that couldn’t hold tub water, next to service room/ storage that was noisy. Room was small and pretty basic. Wasn’t expecting that from a JW Marriot. I brought it up the management, and they did reverse the upgrades charges.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were clean and very nice. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean. Very well located hotel. Walking distance to major malls. Great place to stay.

Location is superb. Directly opposite Pavillion, next to Fahrenheit. Room is clean, bed is comfortable but pillows are SO flat. Love the corner vanity nook. Body soap dispenser is broken. Only one robe inside. TV channels are very limited and the Chromecast function needed the staff to come and fix it.

I paid for price of 3 pax but they did not even arranged for amenities for 3 pax. Room was not really sound proof as i could gear the children screaming from next door. Even when the bell rang from next door, it felt like the bell rang at my room. Nothing spectacular of a Marriott except for its location. Traffic is very bad in that area.
