I am very happy to stay JW Marriott Kulalumpur. Last 2 time I was stayed at Westin kula lumpur but their service was not up to the mark. Then one of my friend suggest me to stay here. Their service is very remarkable. Specially a Bangladeshi employee ( Md Sohel) is working in room service, his service is very prompt and very helpful also reliable. I really enjoyed my holiday to staying JW Marriot kulalumpur.

2nd time staying. Pro - Service and Location is great. The play pen provided still can fit my 4 year old kid. Con - Network is terrible. You almost do not get any connection without connecting to their wifi. Their casting service on the TV does not work. The cabinet cannot close fully. The bath area will smell of sewage. The rubber stopper on the side of the bath door is dropping off. Overall it is a great experience

Ideal location for getting around the city via the metro. Hotel was clean and very well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff made the whole stay great fun. Check out the Gibson Guitar shop accessible via the lobby.
