4 days on business in KL

Only 2 of the 4 lifts working. One took me to wrong floor 2 times! Rooms are very tired place badly needs refurbished. Staff were super nice and helpful. The buffet in the lounge was poor, food left out too long and repetitive from day to day.

Great stay at Melia KL

Room was clean and really. Shower was great due to high water pressure, You can hear people outside along the corridor talking in the morning which was a set-back.

The room was cold, but the staff were warm!

The hotel service was excellent. The room thermostat was likely not working, and the aircon was extremely cold even at the highest temperature setting. After the hotel technician had a look at the aircon and confirmed the problem, we were given the choice to change room. We chose to stay however, and the hotel staff obliged blankets and douvets (we ended up with 3 layers by the time checked out!)
