Superb!
2nd year returning to Parkroyal Collection KL. As always, a great stay and very convenient to access Bt Bintang and Pavilion Mall although traffic can be challenging at peak times due to centrality. Breakfast is great! Property was recently refurbished and very popular so some signs of wear is starting to show. Dampness from AC is evident when it is humid.

Location is convenient .The hotel is near to Pavillion and opposite Times Square. Its away from the crowds and easier to get a grab here. Counter staff service is good. Housekeeping is inconsistent. Despite we left the 'make my room' sign before going out, it wasnt done when we get back in the night. So we only get our clean towels when we called for it. There is improvement to be done.

Good stay and great location.
Nice and comfortable stay over a short weekend. Close to many food outlets and weekend entertainment at Bt Bintang area. We’d like to thank and compliment Kapil from the club lounge who provided fantastic service whenever we were there, even when the club lounge was short of staff on a busy Sunday morning breakfast. Impressive stay & convenient location
This was my first stay at the hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed. The thoughtful room decoration and birthday cake made my celebration truly special. The staff were approachable and helpful, the breakfast spread was delicious, and the complimentary high tea with wine and finger food added a festive touch. Christmas Eve was particularly enjoyable with Santa Claus, caroling, and a lively festive atmosphere. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to Lot 10 and within walking distance of many malls in Bukit Bintang, making it very convenient. The only minor hiccup was the toilet flooding on our last day, but fortunately, it happened just before checkout and didn’t affect our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d love to return!

We may be biased in our review, as we came to this hotel after stays in 3 great hotels in Malaysia (JW Marriott KL, EO Hotel Penang, Danna Langkawi), but still… This place is genuinely horrible. No clue how they got their stars. To start, we had asked to be picked up from the airport by the hotel. Worst decision ever, as we were bombarded by whatsapp messages from 5 different numbers to ask us about our arrival. Pure pressure. Then, when we arrived to the hotel (midnight), there was no one that helped us with the luggage from the car. The receptionist looked like she hated her job. In our room, we found that the safe was not functioning, so the hotel staff got the great idea to come and fix the safe in our room at 1am, not thinking that us sleeping after a flight would be a good idea, maybe? (however, to be fair, we got an upgrade after expressing discontent with this situation). The buffet is bad. The “collection” buffet is literally a joke. The towels in the rooms smell dirty. Even the rooms are objectively ugly. Also, the rooms are not well isolated, you can hear everything the neighbours say. Then, towards the end, the hotel people seemed to be in a rush to check us out (guy showed up 5 minutes in advance for the checkout). Joke of a hotel. Have been to dozens of hotels around the world, including 3*, 4*, and 5*. This place is not worthy of a 3*. Do not recommend. To be fair, this hotel was so bad that it actually made our trip better: we even wrote a postcard about it.

Perfect hotel
Fabulous hotel in a great area. shopping and restaurants in the area all walking distance. Hop on hop off bus stop for a great cheap tour and transport around the city area. The room was very comfortable, large room, large bed, large bathroom. Modern and clean. We had access to executive lounge with our booking and found the ‘happy hour’ drinks and snacks amazing. The staff were professional and friendly and very helpful. Our 2nd stay here , this stay was even better than the first. We will come back and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you

I stayed for a week here, I didnt try the breakfast so unabale to comment on that but the location is fantastic for getting around KL. Well connected public transport is less than a 5 minute walk away. If you dont mind walking then quite a few main sight seeing attractions are only a 30 minute walk away. Hotel caters to all - families, people on business and Solo travellers and ideal for couples. In the heart of Bukit Bintang which itself is a very lively area. For me it lost a star in cleanliness because the rooms are mainly carpeted - whilst this is probably done for reduced sound and provides a more comforting feel, the carpet may be retaining some of the moisture from the showering and lack of window ventilation hence you seem to get a slightly damp smell. Facilities lost 1 star as I felt there should have been some complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the room fridge, also the towel rail was only held up by 2 small screws which meant any weight put on them would lead to the rail coming off exposing the sharp nails which I could imagine being a hazard for children (this could have just been my room). The staff were fantastic!
