The property is situated in a great location, but the two-bedroom apartment definitely needs some updating. I noticed a strong smell of smoke in my room, despite requesting a non-smoking option. A word of caution: double-check your room charges at checkout. The staff charged me for an additional night, even though I had already paid for my entire stay in advance. The reception team seemed unaware of this charge and couldn't resolve the issue. I was running late for my flight, but they insisted I wait for their finance team to address the extra charges. Overall, this left me with a less-than-positive impression of the hotel.

The property is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness, and room size. The check-in was very smooth and Jackson was accommodating and prompt. However, post that you are on your own, the room service for any service was beyond pathetic. The in-room dining or concierge service never answers your call. The times that they answer your call, they say they will call you back and they never call. I was even expected to carry my bags down as the concierge service was very busy. The only time they offer to help you is when you carry your bags to the reception. The lack of basic courtesy and service standards makes this hotel a poor choice for anyone expecting even some modest comfort during their stay.
