I don’t see what all the negative reviews are about.. sure the entrance was a bit hard to find but there’s only 2 entrances to the actual residences so wasn’t a big deal. The deposit I was aware of when I made the booking so that was no surprise either, as long as you look after your apartment and keep it clean there will be no hidden surprises when it comes time to check out

This shouldn’t be on Hotels.com.
There was no instructions from hotel on where to check in. My booking said a queen size bed and a queen sofa bed. Sofa bed was so tiny - not a queen. The sofa was very dirty with food scraps from past tenants. Checking in - wasn’t polite at all. Won’t be staying here ever again. Highly do not recommend. Btw, cleaning fee? There was no cleaning at all.

部屋はとても綺麗で過ごしやすく快適でした。 一点残念なのはトイレとシャワーの部屋が下水のような匂いがして臭いました。 シャワー室にゴキブリも出たのでトイレとシャワー室が改善されれば完璧だと思います。
