Location superb, views from roof top incredible, pools are fabulous. Accommodation is of a good standard but we booked a 2 bedroomed apartment (for our family of four). First apartment the main double bed was in what I can describe as a cupboard (no window) we complained and we were moved to another two bedroomed apartment, this time two bedrooms with windows. Even in the next apartment the strange thing is that they have put the two twin beds in the larger room and squished a double in what looks like it’s designed as an office as there’s an internet point. Other weird thing that wasn’t practical staying with our young family as the main bathroom and toilet are reached through the kids room and not via the master bedroom or main living area. Made it not very practical. Location great but not designed for family or group stays

Amazing view of twin towers from the pool (69th floor). Very clean, communication with front desk excellent, 7minute walk to metro station, 10minute walk to Suria mall (food court excellent). The place is outstanding!

Excellent and close to perfect stay!

This service apartment hotel is clean and well equipped with almost everything that we need as a home away from home. We stayed on the 51st floor two bedroom unit which had a direct view of Petronas towers. The hotel has two swimming pools with great views too, overall facilities are impressive, also the staffs are friendly and helpful, special mention of Mr Izman. The only negative feedback is about the lack of sound proofing on the windows of the bedroom with the queen sized bed, the noise from the outside is loud enough to keep u awake at night and even louder to wake you up from the surrounding construction as early as 6am. Otherwise, this could be a perfect stay!

Great Spot!

Very short stay but a really nice suite. Had views of the PETRONAS Towers. The pools were amazing. Had a very decent meal in the pool restaurant and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to shopping and restaurants. I used the ride sharing app Grab to get around. It was all very easy.

Great location only 500m from the Petronas Towers. Easy picks from ordering a Grab anywhere you wanted to go. Only cost £15 to get a Grab back to the airport. Travel time was only 45 mins but we left at 7am. Later in the day I would opt for the train as the traffic in KL can be horrendous.

Based on the location, the price rate for this hotel is fairly cheap. Suria KLCC is just next to the building. The room was clean and comfortable. And the swimming pool area has a breathtaking view of the Twin Towers.
