The staff not helpful at all. My taxi pulled up and no one to help with luggage, bought it all in my self. To then have about 6 staff members behind the till chatting and eating and I had to wait to be severed. I wasn’t shown to my room was just told the number. Again, took my own luggage. Booked for 3 adults and I was given a double bed only. When I asked for a mattress they charged 30Rm even though I paid for 3 adults. When they bought up a mattress it was so thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. Anyways thank god it was only a few hours as our flight was early morning. Only good thing is location. Free shuttle to the airport and it was 2 mins away.
Shower is not working properly, air conditioner is not working properly, bath tub is not working at all. The entrance door is of sliding type, but it is too heavy to slide. There are holes in the floor inside the room, you can see the ground through them...
The accomadition is not sufficiently. The hotel management should be consider to provide tea or coffe sachets with cup and electric kettle in the room.
