Location was good! Right in front of bus station and subway stops. Very close to shopping areas and local markets. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Elevator available. My room was outdated and you could tell the walls and shower fixtures needed maintenance. For cleanliness, I had to ask for linen change because there was hair on the bed from a previous tenant. Mold and mildew were present in the room I stayed in, and traces of clothing particles like loose thread were on the floor. The good thing was working air conditioning, free waters for each day of your stay. Didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have full size bath towels, only hand towels for your shower.

A well kept facility. Perfect for family and single folks. Room service is excellent. No issues and the stay was comfortable. I would come back here again. Location is not bad at all and central to all attractions.

It was very pleasant to stay.

Nice hotel with fairly modern amenities. The bath in the suite was nice in theory, but we never actually used it. The room gets very warm but dual air con in main room and bedroom sorted that. The hotel itself is a bit far from central Busan, but easy to access via bus in about 20mins. The view of the bridge at night when it lights up was very cool!

Everything was awesome! Very clean and functional.
