The room and hotel looks new and facilities are good. The rooms is big to accommodate 4 people. However, we found a big cockroach under the washing basin in the next morning. Then I told the front desk staff and complain about the hygiene problem but he asked me to tell the cleaning department myself as this was not his department to handle this! Finally he agreed to change the same type of room but we need to pack everything that morning and moved all luggages ourselves.

Busy inner city area hotel
It’s a value tier hotel with helpful staff. Do note the fridge has button issue and the laundry status shown on TV isn’t accurate. The renovation didn’t include updating charging outlets, the room feels very early 90’s.

This was an excellent hotel stay for our family. The hotel is very quiet, clean, and the staff was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend for families with small children (though be aware the spa is a no-clothing spa). The location is near a walkable street mall and public tram stop.

Nearly perfect
Almost a perfect stay! I’d say everything is good, the parking, room condition, cleaniness is fine. Location is wonderful, 3 minutes walk to Sakura Machi, where my kids spent nearly whole day to play around. However, the breakfast can be improved, first thing the seat vacant is not enough, got crowded when i started my breakfast at around 8:30, and food choice could be more. Other than that I strongly recommend!!
