Highly recommend this property when visiting Kumamoto. Located adjacent to train station for both local subway and regional Shinkansen high-speed travel. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Best place if visiting.

員工非常親切友善，從進飯店開始就能感受到尊榮的接待， 房間寬敞舒適乾淨，能輕鬆打開兩個大行李箱，隔音很好，緊鄰熊本車站完全聽不到車聲。 飯店房間分佈在9-12樓，從房間看出去的景色很寬闊；6樓是百貨的美食街，餐點選擇性多用餐很方便；B1有超市。 飯店距離JR車站和市電車站相當近，步行都在5分鐘以內，如果行程有搭乘JR這裡真的很適合。 飯店的體驗和機能性都太棒了，住3個晚上，滿分的體驗。

The hotel has a classy feel and room was spacious and well appointed. It has a great public bath and a gourmet coffee machine. Parking in AMU Plaza is convenient although it’s some distance from the hotel.

In a very convenient location, located on the 9-12th floor of Amu Plaza. Hotel looks very new. Only complaint is there was limited parking lots near the direct lift access to the hotel unless you park further and have to lug your luggages thru the shopping mall. Best to message the hotel for the map for direct lift access parking lots before your trip. There is a Nepresso coffee machine near the public bath.
