Everything was amazing from the start. Smooth check-in process. Room was clean and comfortable. TV had multiple option if needing to watch TV. Food services were on point and delicious. The help from the staff for hotel related things and information about the island was unmatched. Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to a return.

The inside hotel was clean rooms and lobby, but outside landscape and pool weren't maintained as well. Staff was super polite and helpful. Overall very good experience.

Pros: good breakfast with lots of options which changed throughout the trip One lady on reception went out of her way to help us Pool looked nice although we did not use it Gym was well-equipped Cons: very hard, uncomfortable beds. Thin walls, no soundproofing at all (and yes, I do expect this in a hotel! It's not a ryokan) It was quite grubby - the whole hotel needs a deep clean, not just a superficial one The rooms/facilities are very dated and tired. The photos are out of date and the stay felt expensive for what it was.
