The best kind of hotel. It was clean, it was quiet, it was simple, but well appointed, The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the check-in/checkout procedures were seamless. I want to commend the efficiency and kindness of the man who worked at the front desk. The cleaning staff were awfully nice l Luckily this hotel does not resemble the higher-end establishments in Tashkent, which look pretty much look like any higher end hotel anywhere,

Breakfast menu was good. To make it even better would be nice to add more milk products , carbonated water and fresh lemon slices. Gym room doesn't have attendance person always nobody there to help and safety check. Room cleaning perfect. Staff 99% friendly and very helpful.

Room was a great size. Not the boxes you get in Europe or UK in this star category. Clean and good bathroom, kettle, fridge and TV ready for YouTube, Netflix when back in room. Easy to get yandex go ( uber) taxi to reach centre of town in 15 minutes. Didn't have breakfast but did have a wonderful cappuccino. Perfect for a short stay in Tashkent.

Very helpful staff in entire hotel, but the man at the front desk was especially kind and attentive. Thank you for great stay.

It is one of the best places I have stayed at. Everything was absolutely perfect and staff was extremely accommodating and nice. I am 100% coming back. 10/10
