Kunisaki Vacation Packages

The hotel is located close to a main road but not many restaurants around. The staff is attentive but the room was ok. It was clean but what bothered was the bathroom, a unit bath standard in Japan but the silicone joints around the sink and bath were a bit mold blackened and the bath itself was smelling a bit like mould. The internet was ok and the room was a small one , basically for the bed. I would chose another hotel next time. The good thing is 10 min to the airport as I had an early flight.

The property is managed by a management company, and unfortunately, we did not feel very welcome during our stay, as there were several restrictions on the use of certain amenities. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere. The most disappointing aspect was the limited provision of essential items. For example, as a group of 11 staying for four nights, we were only provided with two rolls of toilet tissue per toilet (there are two toilets in the property), and no additional garbage bags were supplied. The host advised us to purchase these items ourselves if needed. I did not expect to have to buy basic necessities like toilet tissue while traveling, but this was the case during our stay.

Fully remote/self service. Check in was through a screen. Love the property and amenities. Wish our stay was longer

Great

房間很大 客房很乾淨 有附贈早餐buffet 離7-11跟Lowson很近

The property looked new and very clean. Only thing is this is business hotel, for one person room. The buffet was good having many choice of food. The hotel very conveniently located, being. Next to the train station, shopping stores or restaurants.

Room was very clean. Staff members are very courteous. Location is not immediately next to Ube-shinkawa stations, like other business hotels, but very thoughtful interior in lobby area, very calming atmosphere. Japanese breakfast and variety of choices for breakfast buffet, good coffee.
