It is a disgrace to call this hotel a 5 stars and even worse, an autograph collection hotel. Staff was horribly trained, food was awful and overpriced, no concierge. Phone in room did nor work, fridge did not work. I paiud for two nights and left after one.

An excellent choice for exploring northwest Azerbaijan. The hotel is a first class property with excellent amenities and superb staff. Many thanks to the swimming pool staff and to Seymur, who provided outstanding hospitality and helpful assistance.
