Kusursuz, tertemiz, olağanüstü kaliteli bir otel

Otele girer girmez personellerin güler yüzlü olması ile kendinizi özel hissetmeye başlayacaksınız. Normalde 2 günlüğüne gelmiştik. Ancak otelin fevkalade güzellikte olması bizi mest etti. Şu an 6. Gündeyiz. Muhteşem bir otel. Ben temizlik konusunda çok hassas ve çok fazla otellerde kalan birisi olarak buranın kusursuz hijyenik olması beni mest etti. Tuzluklar, çatallar, bıçaklar. Damla izi bile yok. Masa örtülerinin ütüsü bile üst düzey yapılıyor. Personeller bile 36 derece sıcaklıkta tertemiz personel kıyafetleri, bozulmamış ütülü pantolonları ile güler yüzlü hizmet veriyorlar. Odada bir şey mi eksik, hemen güler yüzleri ile temin ediyorlar. Havuzu, restoranları tuvaletleri, kısacası her yeri tertemiz. Havuz kısmında bile duş başlığını her gün silip temizleyen güler yüzlü personeller var. Her restoranında yemek yedim. Havuzunda, Room Service de gece gündüz inanılmaz lezzetli yemekler yapılıyor. Her restoranın şefleri ayrı ayrı muhteşem yemekler, harika sunumlar yapıyorlar. 5. Katında İtalyan bir restoran var. Olağanüstü güzellikte bir restoran. Sevgilimin doğum gününü orada kutladık. Çalışanlar harika bir organizasyon yaptılar. Hepsine buradan da tek tek teşekkür ederim. Muhteşem bir manzara, kusursuz hizmet. Gönülden hepsine teşekkür ediyorum. Önümüzdeki yıllarda her yaz en az 1 haftamızı burada geçirmeye karar verdik. Sırf otelin güzelliğinden tatilimizi uzattık. Çok mutlu olduk. Bütün çalışanlara tek tek teşekkür ederiz.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es ist sehr sauber sowie angenehm gewesen. Das Personal ist freundlich gewesen jedoch könnten einige Dinge schneller erfolgen. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel.
