Otelde herşey çok kötü ilgi sıfır. Oda temizliği sıfır. Paranızı çöpe atmayın. Rezarvasyon yapıldıktan sonra otelle irtibatı kuramıyorsun. Hiçbir şekilde telefonlar açılmıyor. Korıdorlarda hep çöp var yerlerde. Temiz hiçbir zaman yapılmıyor. Odaları kirli alıyorsun kirli veriyorsun.

Better experience than expected

We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms.

Fiyat performansın çok çok üstünde. Kötü yorum yapanları asla anlayamıyorum, sanırım deluxe hotel ücretleri ödemişler. Verdiğiniz paranın farkında olan mantıklı bir insansanız memnun kalmama ihtimaliniz olamaz, tatilinizi doyasıya yaşarsınız. Giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren güleryüzle karşılandık. Giriş işlemlerimiz hızlıca halledildi ve odamıza girdik. Temiz bir oda, temiz çarşaflar, temiz havlular… ben öyle temizim böyle titizim, yatagın koltukların altına bakarım, en yüksek dolapların üstünü incelerim tarzında bir insansanız, sorun yaşayabilirsiniz belki, benim gibi yattığım yatağın, kurulandığım havlunun, banyonun temizliği yeterli derseniz yeterli temizlik fazlasıyla var. Yemekler her öğünde çok çeşitli ve başarılıydı. Zeytinyağlılar, ana yemekler, ızgaralar, pideler, tatlılar birbirinden güzeldi. Tabağımızda yiyecek kaldıysa bile kötü olduğu için değil tıka basa doyduğumuz için kaldı. Ana yemek saatlerinde güzelce doyduğumuz için snack bardan bir şey yiyemedik. :) Havuzlar temizdi, deniz zaten mükemmel, balıklarla birlikte yüzdük. Şezlonglar minderler gayet iyiydi. Animasyon ekibi inanılmaz yüksek enerjili, güleryüzlü ve sevimli. Günün her saati bir şeyler yapmaya çalışıyorlar ve eğlendiriyorlar. Eksikler yok mu tabii ki var. Odalardaki ve genel mobilyalar yenilenmeli, personel sayısı genel olarak arttırılmalı, barda sıra bekleme sorununun önüne geçilecek hamleler yapılmalı ve en önemlisi restoran kapasitesi arttırılmalı özellikle akşam yemeğinde.
