Superb location!

Excellent family run hotel in a superb location. Lovely breakfast in a beautiful courtyard. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the owner and his wife for making our stay a memorable one!

Good location, nice spot.

Great location, bit of a hill to get to the hotel though. Nice host, spoke English, good breakfast, clean roo.s. Only downside was the beds are hard and our room was small.

Coffee Issue

Overall, the accommodation was fairly good. Unfortunately, there were some issues with regards to coffee. The room wasn't supplied with either coffee or a kettle. Instead, a bottle of decanted instant coffee and a kettle was placed in the common breakfast area. I asked the owner if this for guests to use at any time, and he replied "yes" however with extra charge. I found this very unprofessional and mean. On checkout I was informed that I had drank 8 cups of coffee during my 2 days stay and was asked to pay an additional 200 Turkish. I was totally taken aback by the fact that he had been watching me drink coffee at breakfast (there was not accounting system), and secondly being asked to pay for my coffee at breakfast, when the accommodation was inclusive of breakfast. I refused to pay as at no other hotel had I been asked to pay for my coffee in all my stays in Turkey. The owner eventually accepted my objection.

Impressive

A very neat and cozy hotel. Very clean room. The owner cares to provide the best service. Breakfast in the backyard is lovely. And the location is great with all the shops and restaurants around. It deserves the 5 star rating.

This small inn is the perfect small business to support if you like local places. The owner is friendly and wants you to enjoy your stay. I particularly liked the balcony and the courtyard for breakfast.

The property is very central. The room is spacious and the staff are amazing. We were asked about our breakfast time as they wanted to make sure the bakery is fresh and hot when we sit down for breakfast. The next morning we needed to travel somewhere else and they happily kept our suitcases in safe overnight. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely little hotel

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is very small and in a great location for kusadasi centre. The room (No. 4) had a comfortable double bed and a spacious bathroom. We also had a lovely balcony overlooking the cute courtyard. We had a tasty typical Turkish breakfast each morning. The host was a friendly and helpful man. Definitely a good choice if you are looking for a no frills hotel near the centre. There is bit of an incline to the hotel and a few steps to the front door so not suitable for those with mobility issues.

It is a very nice hotel with a unique location. It’s 3 minutes to old town, rooms are nice, breakfasts are very tasty. Hotel owner is a very pleasant men, he tries to help with any request. The only thing that needs to be kept in mind: the street is very narrow and uphill, so if you’re coming by the car, you must be very careful, there is no dedicated parking.

Excellent stay!

Great location, exceptional breakfast, immaculate and cozy space. Above all, the owner is super lovely and hospitable - going above and beyond with everything, even sharing the most delicious tangerine in his garden with us. Highly recommended!

Half of what they advertised was a lie. The lady spoke no english, just asking for one simple thing became this huge ordeal. The parking is terrible. No one to help with your bags. No elevator. This is more of a place to backpackers. Although the room was tiny I must say the it was clean. If youre obese you wont fit in the shower. No mini fridge. You cant even open the closet door to hang some clothes. Better off not even having the dresser in the room. Breakfast is decent. They need to invest in a toaster though. Location is amazing. Wouldnt come back here and wouldnt recommend to stay here either. If you have standards, go elsewhere.

Pro: owner and wife were very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Owner spoke very good english and was good at offering suggestions and providing directions that were accurate. Our room overlooked the garden/courtyard and was very quiet-virtually no street noise (hotel is on a small, relatively quiet street anyway). Room was clean. A/C is very good (works well and is quiet). Breakfast is not expansive but adequate. Shower very good. Hotel close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Overall: friendly, clean and quiet is a big deal. Con: mattress was quite firm for our taste; no top sheet and had one thin blanket. Bathroom was large but had virtually no counter top or vanity space to put things on.
