Friendly staff, good location , Simple hotel but has everything you need. Breakfast included is basic but reasonable and coffee good. Room very clean and well supplied in Japanese style

Comfortable and Nice Stay
There was a slight check-in delay, but it's due to language barrier. It was quickly resolved when a staff who can speak some English helps. The free breakfast was simple but good. Room is small for a single bed, but comfortable and clean. Walking from the JR station to the hotel, with luggage, would take about 15 min, but a casual walk is about 10 min.

エアコンがなく大変暑く寝苦しかったです。 清掃も行き届いていないところもあり、 もう少し清潔であってほしいです。 また窓も少ししか開かず風も入らない状況でエアコンなしは死ぬかと思いました。

釧路駅近で　大通り沿いにあり　すぐ見つけられます。 フロントの方も気持ち良く応対してくれ お部屋も金額に見合っていました。 ベッドも寝心地良しでした。 １つだけ、駐車場が３つあるのですが 祭期間だったせいか　夜ギチギチで もっと広かったら満点でした。３つ目の駐車場は広いのですが。
