Breakfast was a little bit ordinary not many option. Fuse blew out lamp and took out all power. Very noisy at night not from traffic but people out late talking on balconies. Pool area not inviting so if you are looking to spend a lot out of the hotel is okay
It was conviently located close to Shiloam hospital as my husband was admitted there. Overall its ok with minor issues of loud noisy kods at night, dirty towel.

Staff were helpful and friendly but the hotel and especially the restaurant was very dirty. It was a budget price but we did expect it to be clean. We also had 2 young girls in the room next door you were awake all night as they never went to bed

Satisfactory hotel
Satisfactory hotel but with exceptionally polite, kind and very helpful receptionists. Hotel is out of town and the recommended bluebird taxi service group (not Bali taxi-crooks) was inexpensive. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to Kuta Square at 10 am everyday and that was a bonus. However, breakfast was less to be desired with the same menu each and every day (catered mainly for the mainland Chinese tourists) and lacked any fruit or vegetables such as tomatoes, cheese, yogurt or cucumbers, omelettes or even mixed salad was never offered for breakfast. Caucasian tourists would find this unacceptable. Plain white bread was only ONE loaf but was topped up with guest's requests. Apparently the reason for this was that many tourists either wasted the bread or stole them for later use in their rooms.The same was with white rice, chicken and cabbage. The pool was very nice.
Hotel states that there is internet, however even though my device is connected to their router there is still no internet. Staff could only check that i had internet connection. Upon viewing that it was connected their response was, "yes sir you have internet on". However being connected to a router does not mean having internet. Not the staffs problem but the hotel The hotel doesn't have internet.
Other than that, the rooms were quite comfortable.
I stayed here a few times about 3 years ago and came back because this hotels have really comfy beds and it's location is not too far from the airport. Good hotel to stay just a night or two just before or after traveling.
The beds are still very comfy but the hotel is pretty ran down. Staff is very friendly though so can't say anything bad about that.
But the food situation is way below average.
3 years ago they had a breakfast buffet that was quite ok actually but that has changed. Really bad breakfast, not worth paying for. And we also had room service from the 24 hour open Chinese restaurant in the hotel when we arrived very late the night before and that was terrible, hardly edible.
Its a shame I think, this hotel could be quite good but these days it lacks what it used to have.

It was too noisy at night and we couldn't get much sleep the first three nights.
Beautiful room and bathroom. We fell in love with the room! The hotel lift was broken for the first few days of our stay. We had to climb 3 flights of stairs to our room. Yes, we had to carry our luggage up to our room. I'd say the hotel staff weren't as friendly as I expected. we stood in the restaurant for a good 15 - 20 mins before anyone came up to serve us. The staff did not understand much of what we were saying. Only the Admin staff speak and understand proper English. we did have a great time but it could have gone better.

Great stay
We were delighted with our stay. The service is really great however the breakfast at the hotel has limited choice and food taste average, the gym is not exactly a gym, its a really small room with just two machines...
The hotel is not as shown as the photos. Hotel staff required us to leave room key with the counter whenever I left my room during my stay when I insisted not to, they sternly warned me of losing the room key I will be charged and additional cost which was not indicated to me in the T&C as well as on expedia when I booked the hotel. The worst hotel I ever stayed in with poor breakfast as well as poor hotel staff who refused to help but to raise their voices at customer.
Stayed in a Premier Room with balcony & Pool view. Room was spacious with king sized bed, desk, LCD TV and coffee facilities. Room was very clean & tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful although most of the staff couldn't speak much English. We took advantage of the free daily shuttle into Kuta. All-over we had a pleasant stay.
The hotel was really nice. I was just disappointed when I had arranged for a cab to take me to the airport through the hotel for 3:45am the following morning and when I got to the lobby there was no car and I had to stand on the road/highway that early in the morning with all my luggage.
Overall I would say that this was a great hotel. Staffs were all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They promptly attend to us with every bit of request or questions that we had. The daily breakfast buffet was also quite nice and meets our expectation, just enough variety and it was delicious. Our room was really cozy, tv with cable, wifi connection was strong and the balcony was a plus. There were 2 malls, a couple of restaurants & some spas nearby.
Cons: The location was a bit out of the way. you'll need a cab to get to kuta (7-10mins to kuta beach / waterbom)
