A very noisey resort. Even nominated adult only areas were often full of children, often screaming or banging. Our room was somewhat dated, once point we had to check that we had been given a “deluxe” room. Our room and general corridor was extremely noisey from 06:00 all the way to approximately 22:30 with kids shouting or loud inconsiderate adults with an inability to regulate appropriate conversational volume, or just didn’t care. The resort did nothing to assist in celebrating an anniversary and birthday or making these events or our stay memorable in anyway. Despite a couple of attempts to arrange by email and direct whats app for airport transfer, no reply from the hotel. The resort does do something well, it is well serviced by staff. Overall, a 3.5 or a 4 star would be a more accurate rating for this resort.

I was not greeted upon arrival at the hotel until i went into the lobby and told the lobby guy to get someone to pick up my luggage from the car. Secondly the lift at the hotel cant carry more than two people up to third floor so my dad and hubby have to go second round or else go up by stairs. The premier lounge are extra fees $$ upon check out even-though we stayed there for 8 nights. The breakfast as well felt being rushed into as its busy always the area. The swimming pool area was always busy so didn't get to enjoy the facilities much. Overall for our family the hotel is not convenient at all.

Great place to stay with kids! I have a 12,8 and 4 year old and didn’t worry about them one bit in the Dynasty. Lifeguards are always on and watching like hawks. Different dinners on every nights, the breakfast was bang on. Walking distance to plenty of other options and shops like lippos mall which I also recommend for food and clothes shopping without the hassle. Great stay had by all
