Every thing was great. Starting from the staff, the amenities, the pool, the food and of course the rooms. Check in was earlier than advertised which is perfect. Location is very good and near markets, malls and Waterbom. Breakfast was delicious and versatile with 2 different restaurants serving the breakfast. The only point I was bothered by is having male employees cleaning women's bathrooms. It was uncomfortable for my wife. Other than that, Bali Dynasty will be our destination next time we are in Bali.

We loved our stay at Bali Dynasty. It is a kids dream! Our children loved it. Staff were lovely, breakfast options amazing! Water slide area could do with a paint and facelift but that would be my only negative. We will be back 😊

Lovely resort highly recommends for first time commers with family lots of things to do and keep everyone occupied and lots of eating options within the resort, the only criticism I would give is the pricing can be tad tricky as prices on the menu are not really what you be paying its plus they services and gov charges I think which it does say right a the bottom, but you would not really be looking at the fine print when ordering drinks and food over all nice place to stay tad pricy if planning to eat and drink just there, also with kids any activities besides pool that you like to do you need to make sure you book and pay as everything seems extra cost, even when checking out if you like to use lounge you need to pay per person too, so that is the only down side make sure you are prepared for all extra costs that in my opinion after spending 4k in total at the resort there should be some complimentary and flexibility when it comes to some things as basic as using a lounge to cool off.

A very noisey resort. Even nominated adult only areas were often full of children, often screaming or banging. Our room was somewhat dated, once point we had to check that we had been given a “deluxe” room. Our room and general corridor was extremely noisey from 06:00 all the way to approximately 22:30 with kids shouting or loud inconsiderate adults with an inability to regulate appropriate conversational volume, or just didn’t care. The resort did nothing to assist in celebrating an anniversary and birthday or making these events or our stay memorable in anyway. Despite a couple of attempts to arrange by email and direct whats app for airport transfer, no reply from the hotel. The resort does do something well, it is well serviced by staff. Overall, a 3.5 or a 4 star would be a more accurate rating for this resort.
