It’s a beautiful oasis in a slightly chaotic area of town. Massages are luxurious, and yummy food. It’ll be my go to place when I come & go from Bali before visiting other areas of the island.

We stayed in the family room and it was perfect for what we needed. Spacious and comfortable with 2 TV’s, fridges and Air Con’s. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Staff are amazing, so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good and the pool area is inviting with Pool towels provided onsite. Lock boxes are kept at reception which is fine as you keep the key and there is a sign in log - we only went to our lock box every couple of days to get more cash. Hotel is located and the end of a small street that has 2 convenience stores , 2 nail/hair salons, a few shops and restaurants including the Avera restaurant on the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Pi##ed stained sheets and pillowcases. Never left towels one day and I didn’t realise until getting out the shower, when I asked the cleaner he said they’d had an issue with the laundry. Staff friendly Much better establishments to stay in this region

Very helpful we did not bring an adapter for charging phones, they lend us one. Breakfast was good with western and asia options. They offer in house massage with their own gazebo. Close to restaurants , shops. Security in the doorThe bathroom needs updated.

Property has most of what we needed for our 6 day stay. Staff were very helpful - we arrived & room we booked was not available, so we were upgraded to a larger set of rooms. Airconditioning was terrific & a welcome relief after a humid day. If you are a non-smoker, the staff don't enforce non-smoking rules in restaurant & around the pool which was disappointing & unpleasant. Recommendation: 1. Train staff in dealing with smoking customers. Perhaps provide tables out under the trees for smokers. An excellent private taxi driver was organised for picking us up at the airport - we then used his services all week. His name: Nyoymon

Beautiful stay very close to shops , rooms are k but there were some issues with air conditioning the water was leaking in it they attended immediately and fixed the issue but it was not enough coldness they should provide additional fan facilities , staffs were very kind and lovely . I would recommend to come again. Would suggest you to provide cereal options for breakfast would be much appreciated .

Quick walk to central Kuta, even though it’s a few minutes walk from paddy’s bar/nightclubs it’s in a dead end street and quiet. Walking distance to beach, shops, convenient. No safes in the room which I wasn’t a fan of. Breakfast was basic, two hot meal options (eg noodles and potatoes) no cereal options - just toast, pancakes and eggs. My kids loved it but didn’t have much variety. Pool area was nice, swim up bar wasn’t always manned, but it was very quiet when we stayed. Sometimes we were the only ones in the pool. Central and convenient with kids.

This hotel was lovely. Huge big family room. Nice and clean, nice pool, wonderful staff. If you are staying up on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th levels though there is no lift, only stairs. I would have liked more breakfast options. Otherwise, very lovely and would stay again.

For the price, Dewi Sri is an absolute gem! The staff were welcoming and attentive. I had laundry done, enjoyed several massages, money changed at the same rate outside, ate delicious breakfasts, drank cocktails poolside & it’s a short walk to Legian St if you want to get amongst the activity.

Extremely and Pleasantly surprised of the high quality of the accommodation.. the room was brilliant, bed super comfortable, bathroom was modern and very clean, large shower with brilliant water pressure in the shower, the only negative was no complimentary water bottles in the room
