Property getting very dated and bathroom smells, When showering water goes all over the floor. I feel the money you pay for this property they need to refurbish the rooms. The staff went over and above to help you. Very friendly and efficient. Location great if you want hustle and bustle of Kuta.

This is our second stay at the grand barong and we love it there. All walks of life stay there and mostly very friendly. The staff are absolutely amazing and very accommodating Hope to stay there again next year.
