I’ve stayed here multiple times and always have the best time. Intrang, and staff are wonderful and they make the best coffee! My only gripe is the spa, treatments are very substandard and staff don’t care much

I have stayed many times in KUTA how ever this was the worse hotel I have stayed in, the staff are lovely but I wasn’t aware I would be staying in the old grand inna where there gardens are not look after just sad that we were so disappointed

Love our "2nd home".

We always stay in this hotel during our trip to the Kuta beach area. The proximity to the beach and mall is one of the reason for us. Also the hotel have everything what we need during our vacation.

PROS: 3 really nice pools, staff at check in/breakfast are very friendly, the breakfast is beautiful with so many options which change daily, Rooms are large, clean and cleaned nicely every day. CONS: Bar staff are often on their phones, we sat at one of the pools for 2hours with every deck chair table filled with empty bottles/food trays from previous guests. At the beach pool I sat at the bar for 10mins being very patient waiting for them to make a large order of cocktails for other guests at the tables - I assumed they would serve me when ready however they ignored me, I was the only one sitting there so Im sure all 3 would of seen me. Two other guests came up and got served straight away so I gave up. Guests tend to leave their dirty pool towels at the deck chairs rather then picking them up and taking them back to the pool towel hut - this means it always looks like the chairs are all taken but they just stay like that for hours not being used. Hotel staff dont come around and take them away so maybe they need to be more strict on the towel sign out. We were in a family room which is a little dated, felt like we over paid for what we did get. Rooms are nice and large though but we could of gotten a villa for alot cheaper. Location wise is nice next to the beach but fire works do go off every night which can be hard with kids. FOAM PARTY - Our kids enjoyed it, however we waited 10 mins to pay to enter but staff ignored us so we just went in and didnt pay!

The area the property is in is very noisy with fireworks going off until 1 am. In addition, the hotel needs a bit of a refresher and was not very clean.
