Cok Oka Derana and the staff are all very friendly and always helpful , the hotel is clean and all you need for a great family friendly holiday. Its right on the Kuta beach for access to a beautiful Bali sunsets and a cold Bingtang .

This property is very tired and in need of a re vamp. breakfast was very bland and no changes made within our 7 day stay location was great pools were good except for the people who think its ok to put their towels on sun lounges and leave them their for the day

Pool Bar closes at 5.30pm. Pizzas on the 24 hour room dining menu, as well as Pool Bar menu are almost never available after 1pm! Ran out of cheese and pizzas almost every day. Pool closes very early. Due to the closing time and limited food options as well as semi bar closing time you are almost forced to leave the hotel every night. Not all families are interested in the Bali traditional nights. If there were more options at the hotel in terms of dining options on a daily basis, entertainment and atmosphere around the pool are we would have definitely spent more time and more money in the hotel!

Having stayed here many times before. I really looking forward to coming back to stay. The staff were very friendly as usual! But our rooms were very dated and dirty. Our toliet door handle on the inside came off and we requsted it to be fixed. But no one came.

This property is an older style Balinese property which we like. The location was easy for us to walk everywhere. Breakfast was lovely every morning and I was able to order almond milk coffee each morning. The spa was lovely and had specials on everyday. I would definitely recommend and I would stay again .
