The atmosphere in the room was quite striking; the aroma had a unique charm that evoked the essence of aged, moist timber, which may not appeal to everyone.

Overall, I would say that I would stay at this hotel was very good. The room very large safe and clean. However, the bed was not super comfortable. The pool area and food. Options were great. We enjoyed eating there and spent much time at the pool. the staff were very kind. The location is very walkable to the mall and many other amenities and the beach. The only negative I can say is about Kuta itself and not the hotel. The area is very loud and congested and unfortunately the beach is very dirty with lots of littering. I was very sad to see all of this however it is not the responsibility of the hotel, it just tainted our overall impression of the area. I would not recommend staying for a long period of time in the Kuta area unless you were aware of these potential negative points. We did end up, checking out early to go and stay on Nusa Lembongan for a much different vibe but again it’s not an issue with the hotel but the overall city location

Staffs are all friendly and helpful. It is less than two blocks walk to the outdoor mall. The room has nice air conditioner and you can adjust the temperature to your liking. It is raining season so it rains every day but not all day. It heavy rain and then stop. The bed I slept in was comfy. The hotel has two restaurants. I prefer to eat the traditional Balinese dishes but they have western food as well. The Kuta beach is across the street. Be careful of the ladies and men will try to sell their stuff and sell their services like massage and hair braiding. I was hassle by them .
