Highly recommended Hotel in a great location. Rooms were quite roomy, very clean and good water pressure in the shower. Bigger than average fridge was a bonus. The breakfast option was amazing and all the staff were just wonderful. The outdoor area and pool was lovely. We had double room on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the pool & water feature. You won’t be disappointed.

Short stay

The first room we were given the door would not lock and the safe did not work. In the second room the shower flooded so we changed rooms again. The third room was ok but there was a large column next to the bed which made it difficult to access the bed.

We liked the deco in the hotel. It was kept clean. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many malls. The food at the hotel was delicious too. But it can be quite noisy, due to the band performance. So on certain nights when we had to sleep early (as we had to wake up in the early morning for the tour itinerary), it was really disruptive!

Nice but very noisy

Nice hotel with nice staff, good breakast, clean, good wifi, affordable and convenient for anywhere in Kuta and close to the airport. Only real negative about this place is the extremely loud waterfall above the pool which is on late into the night. If noise is an issue for you then this place is NOT for you!
