We had an amazing time at Hard Rock Hotel and would definitely stay there again. Very family friendly with lots to do, beautiful, friendly and helpful staff. The pool is incredible! Very close to Waterbom (we walked there) and lots of shopping nearby. Best holiday ever 😊

Hard Rock was an amazing place to stay especially with kids. Staff were so nice and helpful, service was 10/10. The only thing I would say, is better access for wheelchairs.

Another great stay!

Can’t fault this place, which is why we’ve stayed so many times. Great for kids and younger folk and older alike. Amazing outdoor pool - maybe one of the best in Bali, great buffet breakfast, nice rooms with a large bathroom, top staff and right across from the beach. It might seem a little pricey but once you experience the property, you’ll soon see why. Highly recommend. Thank you HRHB!

Overall I would say it’s an OK stay. Facilities for kids are definitely great. The room and bathroom however needs quite a bit of improvement. Water pools, the room was more humid than outside, there was also a musty smell in the room likely due to how humid it is. We had to keep a dehumidifier on throughout our stay and it completely filled within a few hours- this was kindly provided by the hotel. We come from Malaysia and Singapore and are used to humidity, but to experience it in an enclosed airconditioned room was unusual, maybe it was contributed to by the ground floor location? Quite disappointed with the room- our first disappointment in quite a while.
