Breakfast we describe as amazing, many choices and the food changed daily. Staff were so accommodating & friendly. Room was lovely, no balcony for our room to sit which we were disappointed at. Other rooms had this.. Bed was very large & comfortable.

Pros: Quiet grounds with small wonderful touches (gongs, musical instruments, statues, hand feed koi, etc. Great pool area. Not many kids. Great location in Kuta Beach, Cons: While hotel area is quiet, the area around the hotel is noisy (fireworks goimg off nightly late....really???) Breakfast buffet (the breakfast staples were adequate (eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, etc.) But when straying from that the quality seems to drop (e.g. yougurt, fish dishes, fried rice, etc.)

We were looking forward to staying.. but was far from a great experience, service by the pool was terrible! All rooms we had mould everywhere and smelt like it too. As we had to move rooms multiple times! We had insects in our bed! We won’t recommend staying here.

The hotel is just a short walk from Kuta Beach, staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the amenities are quite dated, and unfortunately, the air-conditioning didn’t work properly on our last night, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

This is my regular spot when i arrive in Bali prior to traveling around the island. The location is perfectly situated close to all the services you need but most importantly the staff working here are the most genuine and friendly i have experienced. We enjoyed our stay at Kuta Seaview Boutique Resort. We had two young kids and they loved the pool. Also, it was close to restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset and would definitely come stay here again when we visit Kuta!
