Kuta town house appartments currently constructing a new building, but let that stop you from going here. Breakfast is adequate, eggs cooked to order. Main thing that make hotel enjoyable is the staff they are amazing, always greeting you when coming or going via reception. Pools are clean and there are four of them, each with different amounts of sun on them. Will stay here again.

We have stayed here several times. Roopms are clean, a little old, but for what you pay the space is gret with kids. Breakfast is fine, would love to see more fruit options, however it is perfectly fine. Staff are great and very friendly. It is close to the beach with a 7 minute walk throughh the back lanes.

Noise from the adjacent mega hotel construction by the Tata group, of which this hotel is connected, is 7 days per week and incessant. Also difficult to get cars/taxis willing to pickup due to very narrow back lanes. Rooms are excellent: large and clean. Good breakfast buffet. Aside from the lane narrowness the hotel location is optimal.

Bed hard, breakfast average, transport access - poor, staff not English, pool hours kids in there at 8 screaming closes at 11pm no one monitoring it, 10am was opening hrs, house cleaning done by young boys, something missing everyday.

Wotif itenary indicated that we had booked for Five people and Kuta Appartments insisted it only for four. Although we had provided proof, they still insist it for four, disappointed. Other than that, it’s not too bad. Place are old, the location is in ally way hard to get by vehicles.

Enjoyed our stay here - good value for money and very spacious. A few downsides - very difficult to access by car, so some drivers refused drop-off. Were warned about renovations going on, however we did not notice the noise, just some dust. We slept late one morning and had the Do Not disturb on, and unfortunately staff did not return to service at a later time. Shower pressure was very poor, and limited hot water.

The property is situated on a narrow and inconvenient street. Additionally, ongoing construction next door, including the use of a large crane, continued until after 10 PM. This hotel lacks integrity & cannot be trusted. This hotel is really not suitable for everyone.

We like the apartment location. Taxi drivers were asking more price to go there because of narrow roads. If you have more luggage then problem. Lifts are not working, property is in construction. Staff are very friendly, breakfast is excellent. Walkable to beach.
