Good family room
Pretty good and close to airport and beach is walking distance. We had really big family room, some traffic noise from street but not too bad. Curtains made the room super dark kids slept long in the morning. Did not test the breakfest nor the pool but it looked big and bright. We staid just one night between flights and worked well for the purpose.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was exceptionally clean which is so appreciated. Our room was modern, spacious and had a wonderful private & peaceful balcony. Excellent location for the beach, 2 min walk. The pool area is nicer in person than the pictures online. I would stay here again without hesitation!!! Thank you!!!

We have stayed at sulis beach hotel and spa numerous times. We won’t stay anywhere else when we are in Bali. The service is impeccable from check in to housekeeping to hospitality very customer focused friendly efficient. Beds are big and comfy hotel safe and secure. This hotel is a bagain and you cant beat its location. Lots of food options within walking distance. Beach across the street. Laundry not too far away. Great rooftop pool and view of the beach. Cheap breakfast.

You get what you pay for
The hotel was awful. Dirty rooms (the floors clearly hadn’t been cleaned as there was still hair and sand through the room and bathroom, there were no blackout curtains, the room was very noisy from both the street and the aircon, making a loud bang every five minutes - not much sleep was had. The bathroom drains smelt terrible and the towels were stained and discoloured. To top it off, there was no iron in the room, seemingly because they want to earn money on laundry, which is fine, until I ring up the morning I’m leaving asking for an iron to iron what I’m to wear on the plan and am told, there’s nothing they can do. What hotel doesn’t provide an iron??? I also asked for ice which I couldn’t get because the restaurant was closed. Just normal services I’m used to at other hotels, weren’t available at this one. It looks a lot nicer online and I guess I forgot the old saying “you get what you pay for”. The staff were all lovely, one positive about the place!

Great stay
Much better than I expect. Walkable distance from airport (about 15 minutes) and Central kuta beach.(about 15 minutes). From the roof pool, you can enjoy beautiful sunset and the water is very clear. After checkout, I store my carrier, and at the evening I can shower. The food at restaurant was good, reasonable price, and enough amount. Bed sheetcover had some stains, the only I dont like.

We had a truly wonderful 5 nights at Sulis, can’t recommend it enough for those wanting a quieter Kuta stay! The room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony - we asked for a garden view which meant it was quiet and scenic. The rooftop pool is fantastic with plenty of space and sun beds. Being able to press a button for poolside service was a real treat! The food and drink from the restaurant was great and the service from staff was always friendly and efficient. The area is great too, Jerman beach is only a couple of minutes away and calmer than other beaches in the area. Good local warungs and views. It’s easy to walk or get a Grab to elsewhere if you want, and the hotel recommended us a great driver who took us on trips that exactly met our needs. Honestly couldn’t have been better, thank you for a beautiful stay!
