The staff here are absolutely wonderful. They are so happy and eager to do anything at all you might need. They treated our 10 year old, my husband and myself like we were royalty. Rooms and facilities are very clean and comfortable and the pool is amazing with lots of shaded lounges and swim up bar. The buffet breakfast is also amazing. We will definitely stay again.

The only disappointment I have is that music turns off at such an early time down the pool . If the music stayed louder and on longer then you would get more guests down at the bar and you wouldn’t have to go other places for drinks

We stayed at the stones hotel for six nights in August 2024. Check in was very smooth with John being very helpful at the front counter. The pool area was clean and very large but they never seem to be enough pool chairs to go around for all the guests staying at the hotel. We found out that people are not staying at the hotel could pay money to come and The pool for the day. Perhaps this contributed to the crowding. The room was well appointed but looked a little bit tired around the bathroom areas. There was mould in the shower when we arrived but the cleaners came straight away and sort it out that proper. The daily breakfast is good with my wife being gluten-free. She really appreciated the chef and service staff giving in accurate information and making sure that she was looked After. The downside is that the hotel is located quite a distance from the road and it added another 150 m to the walk back to the hotel once you arrived at the entry. This wasn’t a reason to not stay at the hotel. It became a little bit annoying and frustrating later in the trip especially I’m very hot days. We asked the front counter about a late checkout the day before at departure date. Yoga was very helpful and was able to provide a 2 pm checkout instead of 12 noon and no additional cost. Overall I would say the service of the staff is great and they could regularly check in with you to make sure everything was okay and you had what you needed.

A great clean safe property with beautiful rooms and pool area. I had to take away a star for the constant upselling by the staff. It starts at the check in process and is laced through every interaction with service staff. It got to the point we avoided dealing with staff and opted to eat and drink off site to avoid the constant upsell.
